Safe drinking water is something most of us take for granted.Thanks to the Safe Water Drinking Act of 1974, we rarely worry about our drinking water here in the U.S. Did you know that the Safe Water Drinking Act and it’s regulations only apply to public or“city” water? Private wells are not governed by those regulations. In both cases, it’s important to know what’s in your water.
